Welcome to my musings on learning in kindergarten. A colleague and I came up with a challenge to enrich our practice this year: to ignite and develop our students’ creativity through increased use of natural materials in the indoor environment, and by spending more time in the outdoor learning environment. We are learning, experimenting, and deepening our practice as we go and, as always, are indebted to the many other educators who make outdoor learning a priority and who inspire us everyday.
